Yes, there are certain items that are not allowed to be stored in CloudRoom. Please refer to the following list of prohibited items.

  • Cash, Securities, Bank Book, Postal Stamp, Revenue Stamp, Certificate, Important Documents, Company Stamp, Credit Card, Cash Card.
  • Fragile Objects (Precision Tools, Glassware, Ceramics, Buddhist Altars, etc.)
  • Items that may emit magnetism and affect other stored items.
    Combustibles (Such as Kerosene, Gasoline, Gas Cylinders, Matches, Lighters, Painting Chemical, etc.)
  • Dangerous Items or Deleterious Substances (Such as Pesticides, Narcotics, Gunpowder, Poisonous Substances, Chemicals, Radioactive Substances)
  • Items that may emit offensive odours or foul odours.
  • Food, Animals, Plants (Including Seeds and Seedlings)
  • Any Item that has its length more than 200cm.
  • Any Item that weighs more than 80 Kg.
  • Any goods that values more than 10,000 ThB.

CloudRoom by JWD Store-It! operates 24/7 security system. Every single storage room is equipped with surveillance camera that can be monitored extensively at all times.

The storage area is fully equipped with air-conditioning system. Temperature is carefully controlled in the warehouse.

Yes, there is a compensation up to 3,000 ThB per 1 unit of stored item (e.g.Plastic Box) in case any accident occurs while the item is being transferred or kept in our warehouse.

According to our policy, we are only allowed to take the photo of the box with the ID of each box in order to be easily able to identify from your dashboard in the application. The stuffs inside the box will not be photographed.

In case of storing free-form items, you can request for an on-site quotation in the application. Our team can measure free-form items to issue a price estimation for you at your location. As a general practice, CloudRoom staffs can be scheduled to go to your place within the next 2-5 business days (subject to availability).
*As of now, on-site quotation is restricted to customers who reside in Bangkok and some of its peripheries. In case your location is located in any peripheries of Bangkok, please contact CloudRoom Customer Support via e-mail: cs@cloudroom.me or LINE ID:@jwdcloudroom for more information.

Yes, you may register under corporate name by contacting us via e-mail or LINE. However, you cannot register under corporate name by yourself via a website nor an application. Please inform CloudRoom Customer Support team via e-mail: cs@cloudroom.me or LINE ID:@jwdcloudroom regarding this issue.

There are 2 ways to store "clothing items" for you to choose from.

1.) Store by hanging in a wardrobe box: you can store them in a wardrobe box for the sensitive fabric.
*One wardrobe box is recommended to store up to 10 units of clothing items for the best clothing storage quality.

2.) Store by folding and put in a plastic box: as for the wrinkle-free clothing items, you may store multiple clothing items by folding and put them in one plastic box.

There are 2 ways to store "book items" for you to choose from.

1.) Store each book individually.
- You can see the cover of each book separately in the application. Each book item will be counted as 3 Cell regardless of its size.

2.) Store many books by putting them in one unit of storage box.
- The storage fee depends on the type of box you choose to store the books.

Bundle package is designed for the customers who wish to use our item-storage service in a large amount with a period of more than 3 months. There are several packages with a fee reduction and benefits depending on the period of service usage.

No, not all types of CloudRoom storage s are bundle. "CloudRoom - Per-Cell" is the only type that is not categorized as a bundle package. (The term "plan" is equivalent to package.)

"CloudRoom - Per-Cell" is the only type of storage that is not categorized as a bundle package. (The term "plan" is equivalent to package.) CloudRoom Per-Cell represents a base rate that is calculated from the whole volume of stored items, then converted into Cell unit. In the image below, it illustrates the image of a volume of one cubic (10 x 10 x 10 cm = 1,000 cm3). 1,000 cm3 is equivalent to 1 Cell. As a basis, 3 ThB is charged for each Cell for a monthly storage fee.

Bundle packages offered in CloudRoom by JWD Store-It! are divided into 4 types of plans. These box storage types are used by the term "CloudRoom - X Plan" where X indicates the size of the plan.
1.) CloudRoom - S Plan (400 Cell)*equivalent to 0.4 cubic meter
2.) CloudRoom - M Plan (1,300 Cell) *equivalent to 1.3 cubic meter
3.) CloudRoom - L Plan (3,000 Cell) *equivalent to 3.0 cubic meter
4.) CloudRoom - XL Plan (5,000 Cell) *equivalent to 5.0 cubic meter
*You may also refer to the "What is Bundle Package?" for a better understanding as there are illustrations, calculation into storage boxes for each plan and a comparison with other packages.

Yes, you may change the plan from one to another within the same month. In case of any change of Cell or a storage fee of CloudRoom Per-Cell, the highest rate within the same month shall be used to calculate the entire monthly payment. No, you do not need to pay for the storage boxes. You only paid for the monthly storage fee. Please note that this is only applicable to the subscription more than 3 months.

A "take-out" request is made when you wish to have some items from your item list sent to your location for a particular purpose and might send them back to the warehouse, but you still wish to continue using the storage service. The monthly payment will still be active.

A "return" request is made when you wish to have all of your items transferred to your location, and you no longer wish to use the storage service. Therefore, you wish to have your account including the monthly payment terminated.

You can make a take-out request from the application by yourself. Please let us know if you encounter any problem of making a take-out request via e-mail: cs@cloudroom.me or LINE ID:@jwdcloudroom. CloudRoom Customer Support can help you set the schedule in order to transfer the items back to you.

This depends on the location where you reside. Normally, your items will be sent back to you on the following business day. However, please note that item delivery is subject to availability.

According to our policy, all customers are not allowed to enter the storage area for the security reasons. Please make a take-out request from the application.

No, you may keep document box (M) and carton box (L) with you when the contract ends.

Yes, all types of plastic boxes must be returned to CloudRoom by JWD Store-It! when the contract ends.\

No, you may keep wardrobe box with you when the contract ends.

Only if the damage is caused by you, the compensation for damage of the plastic box (M) is 400 ThB, the plastic box (L) is 500 ThB and wardrobe box is 1,500 ThB.. Please refer the criteria of a damaged plastic box.
1.) The lock is damaged.
2.) The lid cannot be closed properly.
3.) The plastic box is deformed or broken.
4.) The surface of the plastic box by a taint or a scractch is not erasable.
*If the damage is caused by us, you will not have to pay any compensation.
However, if the damage is caused by us, we will be liable to the damage of the plastic box. You do not have to pay any compensation.

If you lost the plastic box, the compensation for the loss of plastic box (M) is 400 ThB and the plastic box (L) is 500 ThB.

If you lost the wardrobe box, the compensation for the loss of wardrobe box is 1,500 ThB.

The customer can register by the credit card or debit card. Visa, JCB and Master Card are accepted.

No, there is no function to allow you to do so at this moment. Please contact CloudRoom Customer Support via e-mail: cs@cloudroom.me or LINE ID:@jwdcloudroom to make a request to change the information of your registered credit card.

The monthly storage fee is to be summarized at the end of each month. The invoice and the receipt will be sent to you within the 10th day of the following month. If the 10th day falls into the public holiday, the billing will automatically be shifted to the next working day.

In case the payment is delayed more than one month from the date of invoice sent to your email, the contract of your storage service will become invalid.

In case the payment has is not executed more than 2 months from the date of invoice sent to your email, the written notice will be sent to the owner of stored items.

If there is no contact from the owner of items after the sent date of notice within 5 business days, as per regulations, CloudRoom by JWD Store It! reserves the rights to discard all the stored item of the owner of the account and to cancel the contract accordingly.

(This rule is only applicable to the subcription of more than 3 months)
In case the contract starts in the middle of the month, the monthly storage fee is to be charged on a daily basis.

In case you wish to cancel the storage contract in the middle of the month, the monthly storage fee is to be charged on a daily basis.

CloudRoom by JWD Store-It! is a personal storage service that calculates the service fee by the entire area of the stored items. The customers can order the storage boxes free of charge via the website to be delivered to the customer's location.

If you use our storage service with a subscription more than 3 months, all types of storage boxes are free of charge.

After all items are inspected at our end, CloudRoom support team will generate your account and send you the ID & the link to log-in your CloudRoom account. You may check your items from your own dashboard.

You can click on the link "forget my password" in the home page and enter your registered e-mail. The system will send you the link to your registered e-mail to re-create your password.

All spendings through each month are to be automatically accumulated into your account balance in points. Every 100 ThB is equivalent to 1 Point, each point has a value of 1 ThB. You can spend your Point for a shipping fee.

Please refer to the following conditions with regards to the cancellation of (1) a box delivery and (2) a storage service.
1.) In case the customer cancels the box delivery after the time and date of box delivery have been scheduled, no fee will be charged. However, the customer must inform CloudRoom Customer Support 1 day (before 12h00) in advance from the scheduled date of box delivery via e-mail or LINE. Otherwise, the penalty will be charged at 500 ThB.
2.) The boxes are delivered to the location and the customer wishes to return the unused boxes. Boxes can be returned without any charge unless the boxes are unpacked or damaged.
3.) The boxes are delivered to the location, but the customer wishes to cancel a storage service. The customer must return the boxes to the company within 3 days after giving the notice to CloudRoom Customer Service. The shipping fee for returning the requested boxes will be borne by the customer at 1,000 ThB. (Unlimited number of boxes) Boxes to be returned will not be charged unless the boxes are unpacked, damaged and/or lost. However, if the customer fails to give the notice after 3 days, here will be a penalty charge at 1,000 ThB and all the requested boxes will be charged.
4.) The boxes are delivered to the location. However, the staff cannot contact the customer at the location via mobile, e-mail nor LINE within 2 hours from the scheduled time. There will be a penalty charge at 1,000 ThB and all the requested boxes will be charged.
